Although working at Ball Aerospace is fun and exciting, work alone does not define Ball Aerospace interns and co-op students.

Over the course of a session, students are encouraged to participate in a variety of social and recreational activities, many of which are organized by the college relations department. In addition to these "extracurricular" opportunities, the company sponsors a picnic and a banquet during the summer session. Mentors and department co-workers enjoy spending time with students at many of the activities.
