Co-Op Program
At Ball Aerospace, we believe our relationship with co-op students is an investment in the future because the skills they hone through on-the-job training makes them high-potential future employees.
Each co-op position is typically filled by a pair of students alternating one quarter/semester of education with one quarter/semester of work experience. Students participating in co-ops typically earn degrees in five years while working in our program.
Positions are available in a variety of technical disciplines, and recruiting normally begins six months before the position is filled. At the end of the session, co-op students share their knowledge by presenting their completed project to managers, co-workers, and other students.
