Ball Aerospace supports employee resource groups to promote an inclusive and diverse work environment. The groups are composed of employees who share a common interest or background. The groups participate in a number of activities focused on community outreach, recruiting, networking and professional development.

Membership in each of these groups is open to all employees and any employee can propose the formation of an employee resource group.
